Our Approach
This initiatives key interventions include-
Duke and UNC student lead activities, discussions, and lessons to
- explore proper Internet research methods to understand issues and exposure to Internet organizing platforms

- focus on a particular issue not only to impart skills but also knowhow
​
- transition to independent activism projects after the students have the knowledge base
Community mentorship to enhance agency

- Pair high school students with college students to have as a sounding board and a guide
- Connect students with community leader to learn more about the issues and access avenues for change

Our dream is that one day students from underrepresented backgrounds will have the space, the agency to voice their concerns about the community and have the community connections to implement changes that combat those concerns.
